Our latest commercial project, located on the vibrant waterfront of Jeddah city, spans an impressive 640 m². Designed to harmonize with the surrounding seascape, this development integrates modern architectural techniques with local cultural elements, offering a seamless blend of innovation and tradition. The project features expansive glass facades that maximize natural light, creating an inviting atmosphere for both visitors and tenants. Emphasizing sustainability, we incorporated energy-efficient systems and eco-friendly materials throughout the design. This commercial hub will serve as a dynamic space for businesses, enhancing the liveliness of Jeddah's coastal landscape while providing a world-class experience for clients and the community.

McDonald's

2021 Site: KSA, Jeddah, Waterfront Typology: Restaurant The McDonald's restaurant on Jeddah's waterfront combines modern design with functionality. Featuring open interiors and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Red Sea, it merges McDonald's branding with contemporary elements. The layout ensures efficient customer flow, while outdoor seating enhances the coastal experience. Sustainable materials and energy efficient systems highlight environmental responsibility.

KIMS

2019 Site: KSA, Jeddah, Waterfront Typology: Cafes & Restaurants

Kim’s Café on Jeddah's waterfront combines modern design with a cozy, inviting atmosphere. Expansive windows and rooftop seating offer stunning sea views, while outdoor seating immerses guests in the coastal vibe. Sustainability is a priority, with energy-efficient lighting, water-saving systems, and locally sourced materials enhancing the eco-friendly design.

JEDDAH WATERFRONT - SOUTH

2019 Site: KSA, Jeddah, Waterfront Typology: Cafes & Restaurants

This retail development on Jeddah's waterfront hosts 12 unique spaces for brands like Cone Zone and Kyan. The modern design balances a cohesive environment with each store's identity, ensuring high visibility and accessibility. With a dynamic façade and waterfront views, the project emphasizes sustainability through energy-efficient systems and eco-friendly materials.

This roundabout in the heart of Durat Alarous, Jeddah, combines functionality with artistic design.
